Each year, subscriptions should be paid, by the 30th September, through our online payment system, Clubforce, or to your Manager along with the Ardmore Rovers Club Registration Form that MUST be signed by a Parent or Guardian, as well as the Player. This signed form is also a declaration of adherence to the Clubs Code of Practice.
Payment of the sub fee is essential to keep the club going.
What your subscription fee pays for:
- Fees paid to use pitches & facilities such as Ballywaltrim, St. Kilians, Peoples Park.
- Use of Loreto and Pres Bray Astro Turfs on weekday evenings from September to April.
- League Registration Fees - allowing Ardmore Rovers to enter teams into each league
- Player Registration Fees - allowing players to play in each league
- Public Liability Insurance
- Player Injury Insurance (€175 excess)
- Referee Fees for each match
- Ardmore Rain Jacket or similar, given to each player every year (excluding Cubs)
- Ardmore Socks and Shorts given to each player every year
- Ardmore Football Shirts for each team
- Coaching equipment, such as balls, cones, bibs, medical equipment etc
- Annual End of Season Brochure Newsletter
- End of Year Presentation
- St. Patrick's Day Parade
- Admin Costs such as Printing, Post, Advertising etc
